Cassandre Beaugrand Aims for 2025 World Title at Supertri E in London
Olympic gold medallist Cassandre Beaugrand returns to Supertri E in London, aiming to claim the 2025 world title in a high-intensity, three-stage triathlon showdown.
Cassandre Beaugrand, Olympic gold medallist, will chase her first major title of 2025 at the Supertri E World Triathlon Championship in London on 5th April. She returns to the London Aquatics Centre determined to improve on last year’s runner-up finish.
This marks Beaugrand’s fourth time racing at Supertri E in London. She won in 2022 but finished second behind Beth Potter in both 2023 and 2024. With the event now a one-day World Championship final and a new format featuring three back-to-back swim, bike and run segments, Beaugrand sees an opportunity to secure the title.
“I love racing at the London Aquatics Centre,” Beaugrand said. “The crowd makes it an incredible experience. After Paris last year, my focus is on winning world titles in 2025, and this is my first big goal. I know this format well and believe the changes suit my racing style.”
Supertri E continues to push the limits of endurance racing, combining real-world and virtual elements in a high-intensity competition. Powered by MyWhoosh, this year’s event raises the stakes with a format that demands absolute precision. The morning heats will narrow the field to the top 10 men and top 10 women, who will then battle through three relentless rounds in the evening finals.
Every second will count as athletes fight for the world title and crucial World Triathlon ranking points. The high-pressure format will test endurance, strategy, and adaptability in front of thousands of fans.
