As the summer starts to draw to a close in the southern hemisphere we serve up a dish that is quick and simple to make, yet healthy, high in carbohydrates, and will bring a satisfying warmth to you after a hard training session.

Pasta Bake
- 2 chicken breasts (grilled)
- 3 cup pasta (cooked)
- 2 cup pumpkin (cooked and cut into firm cubes)
- 1 cup frozen peas (cooked)
- 1 cup frozen corn (cooked)
- 1 cup broccoli (cooked)
- 3/4 jar tomato paste sauce
- 1/2 cup light grated cheese
Preheat oven to 180C.
Place all vegetables and chicken into a deep, round cake tin. Mix Dolmio sauce through mixture and sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake until heated through.
